Molecular mass: 586.8 Molecular formula : C34H50O8
This product is a non polluting hindered phenolic antioxidant, good compatibility with polymer , high efficiency of resisting oxygen thermal, small volatile , good coloring performance of resistance to oxidation , it has a significant synergistic effect on using together with the sulfur ethers or phosphorus class antioxidant, also with various types of light stabilizer , and has been approved for use in contact with food packaging materials. Applicable to the HIPS, ABS, AS, MBS, SBR latex liquid, POM monomer and copolymer, also can be used in PU, PA, PVC, etc, is good for long-term thermal stability of the product.

According to the different application field, Chic 45 recommended amount is as follows:
Styrene polymers (HIPS, ABS, MBS, etc.) 0.05% ~ 0.5%
Polyformaldehyde, thermoplastic polyurethane, etc. 0.1% ~ 0.5%
PVC polymerization with chain termination agent 0.02% ~ 0.05%
